Stories of Romans 8:28 in action

Cows, you ask? Yes! My husband found great comfort in cows during his final sickness, and so did I. It’s amazing what God can use to accomplish his purposes, as Romans 8:28 says: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Cows continue to amaze me. You will find a few stories on this site and in my book, The Sunshine Cowgirl, and there are many more to come. As I’ve traveled from farm to farm, I’ve gotten to know the cattle folks who have spent a lifetime around these amazing creatures God has made and can testify to their power to touch people in unique and healing ways.

Yes, we may suffer great loss and experience much suffering, but God is still near us. Our journey continues, though we might not yet understand where we’re going. I hope something on this site or in my book will encourage you to persevere, to find the strength and courage you need.
